Purpose: A ministry to help eliminate and reduce unemployment and under employment for members of First Baptist Church of Pelham and members of our community. Every effort will be made to put the unemployed and underemployed and potential employers together.

Job Seekers: If you are seeking employment, please come by the jobs concern office and complete an application.  You may also send a copy of your resume to our email address.  If you come into the office, please bring your resume with you.  A jobs concern volunteer will discuss your application with you.  When your resume and potential employer's needs appear to match, we will furnish you with the job information.

Employer: If you are an employer and would like to participate in this ministry, please contact the jobs concern office. When job openings become available, you can let the office know by faxing, e-mailing, or calling with the details of the position. Please include required education, experience, physical limitations, and salary range. If we have a potential candidate, a jobs concern volunteer will contact you. (We will not refer candidates to you unless you concur)
