Brother Mike has been our pastor since May, 1979. His wife Mary is the church pianist and also teaches music at Green Valley Elementary School in Hoover . Their oldest son, Scotty, lives in Parrish , Alabama with his wife Kristy and Brother Mike's "two tremendous grandchildren: Tanner and Lilly Grace". Their youngest son, Jake is a pharmacist in Hendersonville , N.C.

Brother Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, and raising Labrador Retrievers. He also serves as the volunteer chaplain for the City of Pelham . He graduated from Samford University in 1970 and holds a Master's degree and a Doctorate from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Paul Moore - Senior Adult Pastor - paul@fbcpelham.org
Paul Moore served as Pastor of eight fulltime Baptist churches for almost 40 years before coming to FBC Pelham, as Associate Pastor and Director of Senior Adult Ministries. He retired in 1999 from the active ministry because of a health problem, but now is able to continue his ministry here at FBCP. He holds both Bachelors and Master's degrees from Samford University . He received his Doctors of Ministry Degree from Luther Rice Seminary.

He directs the Senior Adult Choir, is active in Promise Keepers, Domestic and Foreign Mission endeavors, and in his spare time he is the Executive Secretary-Treasurer of the Alabama Baptist Benefit Society with over 1900 members.

His partner in ministry is Barbara M. Moore to whom he has been married to for over 47 years and they have three grown children and four grandchildren. His philosophy in ministry is "faithful to the Lord until He calls us home."

Donnie Sisk - Pastor to Students and Recreation - donniesisk@fbcpelham.org

Donnie is married to Patti and has two girls, Maegan and Mallory. He is an outdoor sports enthusiast and loves wilderness, backpacking, and climbing.
He has been a student pastor since 1981 and served four other churches before arriving at Pelham. He has a love for students and a desire to see them understand and live out the call of Christ. Donnie has a Bachelor of Ministry degree and is currently working on his Master's degree.

Jonathan Williams - Director of Preschool and Children Ministries - jwilliams@fbcpelham.org

Jonathan is married to Lauri and has two daughters, Madison and Lillian. He is an avid sports enthusiast and loves mountain biking, basketball, and exercising.  He also loves spending time playing outside with his daughters.
He has been the Director of Children’s and Preschool Ministries at FBC Pelham since June 2006.  He has a deep love for children and has a desire to see every child come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  Jonathan has a heart for discipleship and desires to develop discipleship opportunities for all Christians throughout the world.  Jonathan has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
